Make a voucher
A code that gives a customer money off. Send it to one regular, or share it with everyone.
In the sidebar, tap Vouchers, then make a new one.
- Voucher name, and an optional Detail.
- Code: type your own, or tap Generate a new code.
- Discount type: Fixed amount in rands, or Percent off.
- Minimum spend (R), if you want one.
- Usage limit: how many times the code can be used in all, or Unlimited. When it runs out, customers see "This voucher has been used up".
- Expiry date, or leave it on No expiry.
- Assign to a customer to make it for one person only. Leave it as Anyone can use it to share it widely.
- Make sure Live is on.
How customers use it
They type the code when they confirm a booking on your page, or show it at your counter. A voucher made for one customer works once.
Vouchers can't be used in WhatsApp bookings.
Pause a voucher
Switch Live off. The code stays, but nobody can use it until you switch it back on.
You can't sell vouchers or gift cards on nelo yet.
