Your monthly messages

• You get a number of WhatsApp messages each month for each seat.
• We count messages, not bookings. One booking usually takes 2 or 3 messages: the confirmation, the reminder and a reply or two.
• The count starts again on the 1st of each month.

See how many you have used under Settings, then WhatsApp, then Used this month.

Running low

When you have used 80% of the month's messages, and have no bought messages left, we email you once.

Buy more

Under WhatsApp, tap Buy 100 more. The price is on the button.

• It is charged to the card on your plan.
• Only the owner can buy.
• You need to have paid for your plan once. On the free trial, you can't buy messages yet.

Which messages are used first

Your monthly messages go first. Bought messages are used only after those run out. They never expire, so any you don't use carry on to next month.

When all messages are gone

WhatsApp messages stop until the 1st of the month, or until you buy more. Everything else carries on: emails still go out, and customers can still book on your page.
