Your customer list
Everyone who books with you lands in Customers, with their visits, spend and points.
In the sidebar, tap Customers.
- Search by name, phone or email.
- Filter by Regulars (3 or more visits), New this month, Not seen in 90 days or Archived.
- Tap a customer to see their visits, what they spent with you, their points, vouchers and your notes. You can make a new booking for them from there.
Add a customer
Tap Add a customer. Fill in their name and phone, and any notes. Notes are private to your business.
If a customer has their own nelo account, you can only change your notes. Their name and number are theirs to change.
Archive a customer
Tap Archive to move someone out of your list. Their points, visits and spend are kept. Tap Restore to bring them back.
You can't import or export a customer list yet.
