Change your name, number or messages
Everything about you is in Profile.
Go to nelo.co.za/portal and tap Profile.
Your details
- Name: tap it, change Full name and tap Save.
- Phone: tap it and type the new number. We send a code to that number on WhatsApp to check it is yours.
- Email: this can't be changed, because it is how you sign in.
WhatsApp messages
Each business you have booked with has a switch. Turn a business off, and it stops sending you WhatsApp messages. Your bookings stay as they are.
Appearance
Choose Light, Dark or System (follows your phone).
Sign out
Tap Sign out at the bottom.
