How loyalty points work
Visit a business on nelo and collect points on their stamp card.
- Each business sets its own points. Some give points for each visit, others for each rand you spend. Before you confirm a booking, you see how many points it earns.
- Points land after your visit, when the business marks it done. Not when you book.
- Points stay with that business. Points from one place can't be used at another.
- See your points under Rewards at nelo.co.za/portal. Ready to claim means you have enough for a reward. Coming up shows how many points you still need.

Show the ready reward at the counter on your next visit. The business gives it to you.
Points missing?
Points only land once the business marks your visit done. If it has been a day or two, ask the business.
