I didn't get my code

• Look in WhatsApp, not your SMS messages. The code comes from nelo's WhatsApp number.
• Check the number. The screen shows where we sent the code. If it is wrong, tap Wrong number? and type it again.
• Ask again. Wait a moment, then tap No message? Send it again.
• Use it within 10 minutes. After that the code stops working. Ask for a new one.
• "That is a few tries in a row" means you asked too fast. Wait a minute, then try again.
• No WhatsApp on this phone? Use Continue with Google instead.

"That number is already on another Nelo account"

Your number is on a different nelo account. Email support@nelo.co.za and tell us both. We will join the two accounts up.
