Set up your business

1. Make your account

1. Go to nelo.co.za/auth and tap nelo for businesses, then sign up.
2. Use Google, or fill in Full name, Email address and Password (at least 6 characters). Tap Create account.
3. Open the email we send you and confirm your address.

2. Tell us about your business

Three short steps:

1. The business: your business name, what you do, one line about it, and your booking link. We make the link from your name. You can change it later in Settings.
2. Where to reach you: phone number and business email. Address, city and postal code are optional, but customers use them to find you.
3. Review: check it all, then tap Create business.

Nothing is public yet. Your page goes live when you choose a plan.

Can't find your trade in What you do? Pick Other.

3. Choose a plan and go live

Tap Choose your plan and go live. You can pay now, or start a free trial with no card. See Plans, prices and the free trial.

Then

1. Add your services.
2. Set your hours.
3. Share your booking link.
