Book in WhatsApp
Book, move and cancel in a chat with nelo. Nothing to download.
Start the chat
- Tap a business's Book on WhatsApp link, or scan its QR code. The message is typed for you, with the business's code in it. Tap send.
- Or message nelo on WhatsApp, say hi, and type the name of the business. This works for businesses listed in the nelo directory.
The WhatsApp button on a booking page opens the business's own chat. Use it to talk to them. To book in a chat, use nelo's number.
Book
Pick a service, a day and a time from the lists. Check the summary and tap Book it.
Words you can type

You can also ask things like "where are you?", "when are you open?", "how much?" or "what is your cancellation policy?".
The chat works with menus and buttons. It reads text only, not voice notes or photos.
Stop messages
- Type STOP to stop WhatsApp messages from nelo for every business.
- To stop just one business, go to Profile at nelo.co.za/portal and switch that business off under WhatsApp messages.
Not every business takes bookings in WhatsApp. If one doesn't, the chat sends you to their booking page.
